Legal agreement governing the use of peso4d services
Welcome to peso4d. These Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and peso4d (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the peso4d online betting platform, including but not limited to the website located at https://peso4d.cam, all associated services, mobile applications, sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, and any other gaming or entertainment services provided by peso4d.
By creating an account, accessing the peso4d platform, placing bets, playing games, making deposits or withdrawals, or otherwise engaging with any peso4d services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of peso4d services and may not create or maintain an account with us.
peso4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the peso4d website, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of peso4d services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

To register an account with peso4d, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP/National ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and chosen password. You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
peso4d is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. Within 72 hours of account registration or before your first withdrawal (whichever occurs first), you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting clear copies of the following documents:
peso4d will review your submitted documents within 1-24 hours during business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawals and subject to suspension. All submitted documents are stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (email address and password). You must not share your password with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall be liable for all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify peso4d customer support via email at [email protected].
peso4d takes underage gambling prevention extremely seriously. All Players must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request additional age verification documents at any time, and any Player found to have provided false age information will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited with no right to appeal.
peso4d accepts deposits via multiple payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider.
Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (typically Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are processed instantly and credited to your account within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically instant regardless of time or day. peso4d does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees.
Players may request withdrawals of available balance funds at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP membership tier:
Withdrawals are processed 24/7 by peso4d, but please note that actual receipt of funds in your bank account depends on your bank's processing schedule and may be delayed during weekends, public holidays (including Indonesian Independence Day, Idul Fitri, and other national holidays), and outside banking hours. peso4d does not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank may charge incoming transfer fees. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name matching the name on the verified peso4d account.
peso4d is committed to preventing money laundering and adheres to international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Players must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. If a Player deposits funds and immediately requests a withdrawal without placing any bets, peso4d reserves the right to charge a processing fee of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount or refuse the withdrawal request. Any suspicious activity including but not limited to rapid deposit-withdrawal patterns, use of multiple payment methods, or deposits from third-party sources may trigger additional verification procedures or account suspension pending investigation.
peso4d may offer various bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active. These specific bonus terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.
Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for peso4d bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 500,000 bonus, you must place bets totaling Rp 10,000,000 (500,000 × 20) before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slot games contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute varying percentages based on odds (generally bets with odds below 1.50 do not contribute toward wagering requirements).
peso4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus, confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings, or close accounts if we determine that a Player is abusing bonuses through practices including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, arbitrage betting, placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event, or otherwise acting in bad faith to exploit promotional offers. Bonus abuse may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
peso4d offers sports betting markets on football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and others), as well as other sports. All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules available on our platform.
peso4d reserves the right to void bets, withhold payouts, or close accounts if we detect any of the following prohibited activities: match-fixing or insider betting, use of automated betting software or bots, arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, exploitation of technical errors in odds or results, or any other form of fraudulent or unfair betting practice. Settlement of bets is final, and peso4d's decision on all betting matters is conclusive.
All casino games offered by peso4d, including slot games, live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), and table games, are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are published on the platform and have been independently tested for fairness.
peso4d is not responsible for the outcome of any game and makes no guarantees regarding wins or losses. Players acknowledge that all casino games carry risk and that outcomes are determined by chance (or skill in certain games) and cannot be predicted or controlled. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in collusion with other players or dealers will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, peso4d, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
peso4d's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of peso4d services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to such liability, or Rp 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah), whichever is greater.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online betting platforms operating under international licenses. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of peso4d services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations with peso4d customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against peso4d.
